THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE Press Room is part of THE JANE GOODALL
INSTITUTE public relations web site and is intended for use solely
by the media for researching and preparing news, business and
feature reports referencing THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE.
Before entering this Site Area you must agree that you have
reviewed and agreed to abide by THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE'S Legal
And Privacy Policy governing THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE'S
site at the time of use; Further By entering this Site, you
agree that you are a member of the media and will only use
or reproduce THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE’S trademarks,
logos, photographs, information, and any other contents herein
in accordance with the guidelines provided here and only as
part of your Reports. You also agree that you will not use
the Press Room Resources in any other manner, including, but
not limited to, third party endorsements, sponsorship or affiliations,
unless and until you first contact THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE

email at ngandelman@janegoodall.org and receive permission
for such use.
1. GRANT: Subject to the terms of this Agreement and, unless
otherwise consented to by THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE, THE JANE
GOODALL INSTITUTE hereby grants you, during the Term, a revocable,
nontransferable, nonsublicensable, royalty-free, nonexclusive
license to use Press Room Resources (IMAGES, MULTIMEDIA, PRESS
RELEASES, FACT SHEETS, AND ALL OTHER MATERIAL OFFERED FOR DOWNLOAD
in Press Room Area) provided that you do not alter, or edit, any
Press Room Resources.
2. RESTRICTIONS: THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE may restrict, suspend
or terminate your access to any aspect at any time without liability.
- Each photographer must be credited for published work.
- JGI’s website www.janegoodall.org should be included
in a text of your publication where possible.
- Photographs and written material are intended solely for editorial
use and/or promotion of Jane Goodall Institute programs and
events. Other use is strictly prohibited without written permission
of the Jane Goodall Institute.
- Copies of published works/materials in which these images
are used must be sent to JGI Communications Dept., The Jane
Goodall Institute, 4245 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 600 Arlington,
VA 22203.
- You may not alter, or edit, any Press Room Resources.
3. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: All Materials offered through the Press
Room are protected by the copyright laws of the United States
and international copyright treaties. As between the parties,
title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights, and
any copies or portions thereof, shall remain in THE JANE GOODALL
INSTITUTE. You do not obtain any ownership, right, title or other
interest in any materials or resources in the Press Room or Jane
Goodall Institute copyrights by using these materials in any manner.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by THE JANE
GOODALL INSTITUTE.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE PROVIDES CONTENT
ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE HEREBY DISCLAIMS
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE,
COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS
AGREEMENT.
8. MISCELLANEOUS: THE JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE ("THE JANE
GOODALL INSTITUTE", "we" or "our") may
modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement,
at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice
or a new agreement on our site. Your continued use of the Press
Room following our posting of a change notice or new agreement
on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
