In accessing the Resources contained in the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) Press Room, you agree that 1) you have reviewed and 2) agreed to abide by the Jane Goodall Institute's complete Terms of Use document governing The Jane Goodall Institute's Press Room. In particular, you should note the following conditions:

1. NONE OF THE IMAGES IN THE PRESSROOM ARE AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Please contact ngandelman@janegoodall.org for commercial image licencing information.
2. Each photographer must be credited for published work.
3. JGI’s website www.janegoodall.org should be included in the text of your publication where possible.
4. Photographs and written material are intended solely for editorial use relating to and/or in promotion of Jane Goodall Institute programs and events. Other use is strictly prohibited without written permission of the Jane Goodall Institute.
5. Copies of published works/materials in which these images are used must be sent to: JGI Communications Dept., The Jane Goodall Institute, 4245 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 600 Arlington , VA 22203
6. You may not crop, alter, or edit, any Press Room Resources. (Changing the size of an image to fit publication is acceptable.)
